We live in a world where everything is rated and measured. Measured and posted. Shared on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. It seems nothing is personal or sacred yet we still like to share our lives with friends and complete strangers. There’s a sense of connection….a relationship that forms when we share with each other. Yes, the review of data is important. However, as this practice of data sharing increases how can HR ensure they don’t over measure? How do we avoid this shift of monitoring, recording, and tracking?
