The employees weren’t thinking about the impact the insults towards the boss and/or the company will have on their job. It’s all about maintaining a certain image in front of most of the people, especially if you’re hired, representing a serious company and bragging about it. I personally don’t like to receive business cards when I’m out relaxing, it seems fake, unnatural. Of course, it could just be me.
